*From USPS.com: Priority Mail Express is the fastest mail service offered by the Postal Service. It provides guaranteed 1-Day or 2-Day expedited service by 3 p.m. (I ship from Northeast FL 32203. From experience, most US Express Mail order are delivered in one day.)

APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes are welcome in all countries! 

 

I do strive to get orders out as quickly as possible.  So, if you need to change something after placing your order, please email me immediately at Support@AmberByAmanda.com.  I can easily adjust your order and/or shipping address before mailing it. Also, if you have another shipping currier you prefer to use, just let me know, and I will add it.

 

Shipping within the USA:

  • Shipping is always FREE!  No matter how much you purchase, each item is free.
  • I ship from Jacksonville, FL to anywhere in the USA, via USPS Priority Mail, and within the next business day, Monday through Friday.  I will ship on Saturdays when time permits.
  • For shipments within the USA, handling time for Priority Mail is usually 2-3 business days. Feel free to use the USPS Priority Mail Delivery Map to see how many days your order will take to get to your mailbox by entering zip code "32203".
  • Zip codes within 300 miles of Northeast FL will be shipped via First Class Mail (also FREE), with tracking and delivery confirmation, and typically take 1-2 business days. I will select this option based on the shipping address.

 

Shipping outside the USA (including Canada and International):

  • USPS only requires mail couriers to scan their packages for tracking withing the USA. Therefore, tracking to Canada and International countries may stop once the shipment leaves USA territory. You will still receive your shipment, but it may or may not have tracking after the USA. It varies from country to country whether or not they choose to scann each package.
  • DHL shipping is also an option. DHL tracking is available for the entire designation. Receiver will be responsible for paying any duty and/or taxes assessed on the shipment by the destination country customs authority.

 

ALL Orders (including US, Canada, and International shipping):

  • Priority Mail and Express orders are always shipped with delivery confirmation and tracking.
  • You will receive a confirmation email from my automated system when your order has been shipped, which includes your tracking information.
  • Your tracking information can also be found when you log into your account at www.AmberByAmanda.com and viewing your order.
  • Simply track your order by entering your tracking number at www.usps.com/tracking, where you can also opt to receive FREE text or email updates on the status of your shipment.

Returns

*If your Amber by Amanda item is not quite the perfect length, you may find this info useful:  Amber healing necklaces, bracelets, and anklets are strung on a cotton/polyester string with knots in between each bead.  These items can be stretched up to an inch in length without effecting the look of the necklace IF the stretch is done correctly.  Please send an email to Support@AmberByAmanda.com for clarification on how to properly stretch your amber item(s). 
 

Our Return Policy:
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason and would like a refund, I will be happy to facilitate this for you.  In order to ensure all of our products are original and new, I do not exchange any merchandise.  I will refund your money for the item you've purchased and you are free to place an additional order at your convenience.

If you receive an incorrect item by mistake, I will get the problem corrected right away and, of course, at no cost to you.  Just contact me with your order number and the issue, and I will get it taken care of right away!

How to Return Your Shipment:
Within 30 days of from the date your order was delivered, send an email to let me know what you are wanting to return and why.  I will email you a Return Authorization slip to mail with the item(s) you return, as well as the return address. You can then mail the merchandise in its original packaging.  Be sure to get delivery confirmation service so the package has tracking, and use a bubble mailer to protect the amber.  When your return is received, you will be issued a refund for the item(s) you returned.  It can take 3-5 business days (depending on your bank) for returns to be posted to your account.

Warranty
Amber by Amanda offers a 30-day warranty on all of our amber jewelry.  If your item breaks within the first 30 days of purchase, please contact me at Support@AmberByAmanda.com, during the 30-day window from the day your order was delivered. You can check your delivery date by logging into your account at www.AmberByAmanda.com and tracking your shipment (or simply email me and I will do the same). The form, below, is available for your convenience.
